The sustainable PLA plastic that we use is made from a durable, non-toxic, plant based, biodegradable, and energy saving plastic typically used to make industrial prototypes, medical implants, and countless household items.  The bioplastic is derived from sustainably sourced plants instead of petrochemicals and hydrocarbons from fossil fuels.

Item quality - 4/5 - The quality of the it...

Item quality - 4/5 - The quality of the item is good, but if you're looking that stays closed, this may not be the right thing for you. The tolerance could be a little tighter for a snug friction fit that stays closed.

Shipping - 2/5 - Shipping label was made, but didn't ship out until after the expected arrival date. Came about 4 days later than expected with no communication from the seller.

Customer Service - 1/5 - I asked for a small customization to my dice container to slim down the design and got a boilerplate "thanks for ordering" response. Not sure if my request was honored, but the lack of communication earns the 1 star
