About Our Products
Q: What are your products made of?
A: Everything is 3D printed from plant-based PLA plastic — a durable, eco-friendly material made from renewable resources like corn starch. It's not your average flimsy plastic. Our products are sturdy, lightweight, and built to last. Colors are printed in, not painted on, so they won't chip or fade.
Q: Do you design your own products?
A: Most of our products are original designs created right here in Beaverton, Oregon. When we carry designs by other artists, we have their permission, pay royalties, or make a voluntary donation to the creator. We take that seriously.
Q: How many color options are available?
A: Most of our products come in up to 27 color options. You can choose your color when adding an item to your cart. If you don't see the color you want, reach out — we may be able to accommodate custom requests.
Q: Can I get a custom order or personalized product?
A: We do offer bulk and custom orders for businesses, events, and special requests. Visit our Bulk Orders page or contact us directly to discuss your needs. We love a good custom project.
Q: Are your products safe for kids?
A: Our PLA plastic is non-toxic and made from plant-based materials. However, most of our products are designed for adults and may have small parts. Please check individual product listings for age recommendations.
Shipping & Orders
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Most orders are made to order and ship within 24 hours of purchase — often the same day. We print your item fresh when you order it, which means better quality and no warehouse sitting around collecting dust.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders over $35 ship free. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States. Buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Check individual listings for current shipping availability to your location.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us on our Contact page and we'll get you sorted.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: That almost never happens, but if it does — please contact us right away with a photo. We'll make it right. Customer satisfaction is genuinely important to us, and our 4.9-star rating across 15,000+ reviews reflects that.

A: We're a small family-owned business based in Beaverton, Oregon. Everything is made in our home studio using 100% renewable energy. When you order from us, you're supporting a real family — not a warehouse.
Q: Are you eco-friendly?
A: We try our best. Our products are made from plant-based PLA plastic, we use 100% renewable energy to power our printers, and we ship in recycled or sustainable packaging wherever possible. We're not perfect, but we're genuinely trying.
Q: Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
A: Yes! We offer bulk pricing for businesses, schools, events, and corporate gifting. Visit our Bulk Orders page or contact us directly to discuss quantities and pricing. Minimum orders apply.
Q: I saw your products on Instagram / TikTok / in a magazine. How do I find that specific item?
A: Use the search bar at the top of our site and type in any keywords you remember — the sign text, the shape, the color. You can also browse by category. If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll help you track it down.
Q: How can I stay updated on new products and sales?
A: Follow us on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube — all @CleverContraptions. We announce new products, flash sales, and behind-the-scenes content there first. We also run sales of 25% or more throughout the year, especially around the holidays.
